Well two questions really. 1) Am I able to upgrade a runeword item from normal to exceptional and then elite using the cube recipe? I know it works with uniques. 2) Is there any way to "unimbue" an item, turn it from magic to white? Or is there any way to reroll the bonuses on a white item? My friend is trying to find a +prayer scepter for insight but we are having a hard time. |

1) No 2) No The easiest way to get a +3 Prayer war scepter is to rush a lvl 17 char to A3. If the char keeps his level at 17, then he can buy white war scepters with +Skills up to level 20 skills. If you raise the character's level beyong 17 or 18, then Ormus will sell only magic scepters, below lvl 17 or close and Ormus will not sell war scepters. Assuming you've got a high level rusher, you could probably get the low lvl to A3 in a couple hours, and then spend another 10-30 minutes shopping for the scepter. Try to keep about 200k in gold on that char if he's shopping alone. |

there is 1 way to roll a white item.. but you can only roll it a max of 2 times if u find a cracked/damaged item mith glyph/hammer=normal quality ada = superior the mods do vary, you can roll one like that. but the rushing lvl 17 is much easier imo. |
