it sucks lol blade of arreat takes off about 300 def vs my sorc buffed 24k defense and battle cry takes off about 2k defense which at lvl 27 is -102% target !defense lol |

thats because a sorce has waaaay more than 102% enhanced defense from frozen armour. from what i recall, your char has a base defence then you add the %ed from skills and whatever. the - % from skills is taken away from the +% added by skills. |

Because it adds your enhanced defense stats and then simply subtracts. Same with damage. If you have a combined total of say 3k ED, removing 140% is nothing. However most mobs don't have this, which is why removing that much is extremely effective. |
