Wrote this down at another site a while ago:

This is him at lvl 98 without any buffs, just shifted.

And this is him with his own oak, armor from Absolute Zero and charged maul/feral rage.
Image

Atm, he´s using:
Upped Jalals with 1 bloodstone and 1 ether eye, 1 open socket. (Prefer this one over Cerebrus or Ravenlore for because it has it all, res, ar, fhr etc)
Upped Gores
Rends
Nos coil
Tyraels with 4 blood stones
Exe justice with a 20% ias, 47% ed, 103 ar jewel.
Metalgrid
2 bloodcrafted rings with +druid
Absolute Zero on weapon switch

I've tried to keep his cb above 15% at all times and that has worked really well, he tanked every boss up to and including hell Sammy and Baal.
IM has been his only concern throughout the game, and since he only uses 1 hit attacks (even though they are fast) and has alot of ll he is kinda
safe in IM areas.

He has been the best tank I've every played, sturdy and hits hard enough. As you can see I've never been much for the full on vita whoring,
I hate it when you have bug gear on so I usually get a bit in str and some in dex aswell. I can't say that he has suffered too much from that since
he has done everything in the game excluding the LoS necro, including several trips to hell Sammy and survived to tell the tale. He was around lvl 95 when Baal, Sammy and LoS was done.

On the way up to this he used a variety of items:
Bloodtree Stump
Cranium Basher
The Minotaur
Goblin Toes
Crafted bloodgloves
Venomgrip
Rattlecage

The thing all these items have in common is, crushing blow. A key to make any melee char work well on bosses.
You could go with crafted weapons/rares for more dmg or more speed but you will most likely loose some cb.
I used a couple of rares/deathcrafts along the way but usually changed back to a unique when I became time to tackle a boss.

One thing I do recommend (unless you have a resident necro) is a Lawbringer on the switch. The lvl 16 decrep really helps since it not only makes you hit harder, it also weakens and slows the bosses down. Most people prefer amp but on hc (which I play) the added bonuses from decrep can be the thing that keeps you alive. This is one of the reasons I chose Exe instead of Windhammer or similar aswell. And Windhammers ctc twisters can be a real char killer on hc since it triggers alot of counters.

Skills in the order I maxed them:
20 oak
20 lycanthrophy
20 werebear
20 maul
17 grizzly (on it's way)

And I did put a few extra in feral rage to up it's ar and ll. 1 pt in the usual ones, vines etc.

No idea, this was last season. Think I put around 5-10 pts in it or something just for the ar.
