 Post subject: Fire Sorc

Sorry if this is posted somewhere but both 'fire' and 'sorc' are apparently too common to search for.

Anyways just a few questions.

1)Wondering the best order to put points in as I level.
2)How important is block to a fire sorc?
3)If I'm using energy shield should I put 10 pts in tele and bring my vita up equal to my mana? Or since putting poitns in vita as a sorc doesn't do much should I leave tele to zero and jack up my mana? I'm fairly unsure on how it works..

1. Balance between fire bolt/fireball early game depending on your mana. If you have lots of mana or a way to regen it quickly, you can go heavier on straight fireball points. Otherwise, boost firebolt pts to get the synergy dmg without increasing mana costs.

2. I don't bother blocking

3. I don't use energy shield. I saved the points for a secondary dmg source, so I can't help u much there.

Also does meteor not have residual dmg after it hits the ground? I don't see the animation, however it still is mentioned in the skills.

The animation has been edited out of the txt files, restore "firemedium" and "firesmall" in missiles.txt and you'll see the flames again:
