descrip says lightning but is it magic damage or lighting damage? does conviction help it at all? |

I believe it is magic damage. The question I have is whether the Sanctuary aura helps it. |

Should, fist of heaven isn't holy damage(doesn't ignore undead's res) only bolts are. Sanctuary is 20passive pierce. And yes, it is magic damage. |

Yes, Bolts are holy 3 so they hurt only undeads completely ignoring their magic res. |

max foh and blessed hammers then. Really, help me help you, what kind of din are you making? Let's say you are doing healer for LoS: You need to get 1 point in every aura/skill(maybe not medi, you'll have it all the time) If you max prayer/holy bolts early you don't do much dmg with hammers unless you team up with other hdin running good concentration. 20 bolts 20 prayer 20 bhammer 20 foh and 26(27) in every skill leaves you with little points to invest in something to boost your damage, so IMO it would be better to go 20prayer, 20 bolts, maybe max conv for support then throw all points in holy shield and smite, you'll be healer/tank, it works. But really you can go as you like as long as you don't want to do phys damage. |

well i was going to do 20 prayer 20 hb 20 hammer 20 foh, one cleanse medi, , up to holy shield. maybe max HS, but nothing important can be stunned by smite in los or town bosses on way to Los? But HS has such diminishing returns i heard. and i maxed HB prayer already, doing FoH now, then hammers |

ahh i've never been to Los so i have no idea what can be done and what is needed aside from good dmg and a nice life buff/healer so i hear you can craft diamond rings with prayer on equip? do those all stack if i roll two of em, plus medi amulet, , prayer on my right mouse button, and maybe purity shield for prayer medi, and heavens will for prayer, thats like 6x heal? |
