I am wondering if the theorycraft is correct that Naj's staff with 4x moonstone amethysts will hit a 3 frame fury or not.
If so - ISO 4x Moonstone amethysts

A perhaps easier way to test it is to craft a -10 polearm (Thresher, G.Thresher) or -10 staff (Archron, Stalagmite) and hope for an 80% IAS on the weapon. Then toss some 20% IAS jewels or amethysts in there to get it over 133%. Would save a few amethysts |
