Any socketable items are not currently filled with gems/ jewels, or have jewels I plan on removing.

get another Bartuc's Cutthroat(Scissors Quhab). socket things for dex. craft a power ring, instead of a carrion ring.

go to nat helm if you have enough leech. charms with max damage

Whats your damage with blade fury?

4000 physical, 4500 venom

crushing blow and amp?

use topaz crafted boots and a bramble to prebuff venom if needs be.

With regards to venom. I tried out a wwsin last ladder and I found, prebuffing with +skilldamage% equip on very helpfull (tals in buff claws was handy too)

I would carry 2 sets of equip for that build myself.
1:pure phys equip: high damage claws with a ctc amp OR crushing blow weapon (gris caddy ber'd) and orphans shield with ameths for max block. goreriders, steelrends/blood gloves, etc etc.
2:Venom equip: Prebuff claws, claws with facets or emeralds, templars faceted, topaz craft boots, arachnids mesh, venomgrips/mancers gloves etc. shadow skills amulet, griffs faceted etc. etc.

I would also make some chaos claws to deal with trash personaly. cloak of shadows, lay a death sentry, ww a pack and repeat on the next pack. for pi bosses use your venom equip, for non pi bosses go crushing blow and amp.

i use venom because its only 20 points, even with low cloak of shadows, it is still decent -% enemies poison resist.
