On items like the Hexfire where it says +3 to Fire Skills, does that mean sorceress only? Wondering if an a3 fire merc will get the skills benefit. |

Yes, A3 fire merc should get the benefit from +FireSkills. There are quite a few skills tagged as fire skills, such as Vengeance and CorpseExplosion (not sure about CE anymore though, since it was changed to magic dmg). |
