Anyone have HU gambling info? normal = normal Nightmare = exceptional items Hell = exceptional too? I successfully gambled my unique lance after about 15 tries. Just lucky? I've been trying to get a string of ears and I've probably bought a couple hundred. No luck so far. Anyone have the numbers? A bit of feedback: rare weapons sell for so much you can basically gamble indefinitely. This is opposed to say belts (cheap cost, worse sell) and armor (expensive cost, decent sell) |

I believe it is the same as on b.net except you can't gamble elites. The chance for Uniques is 1 in 2,000 (0.05%) Sets is 1 in 1,000 (0.10%) Rares is 1 in 10 (10%). Magic Items are 1/~1.1 (89.85%). http://classic.battle.net/diablo2exp/ba ... ling.shtml So until you gamble 2000 belts, probably shouldn't expect to see one show up. |

Values are in difficultylevels.txt http://www.theamazonbasin.com/d2/forums ... c60ef7ec43 how to read them. And yes - you have more chance to gamble uniq than on vanilla, for exaple gambleuber is 90 on 1.13 and 4000 on HU. |

According to that site, gambleuber is for generating exceptional items, and has no effect on quality. So it shouldn't affect uniques... and is likely 0.02% Unless gambleunique is different for HU. I'll have to check when I get home. |
