MAX Zeal,Fant,Hs,Defiance,Smite? I remember last ladder someone had a pretty decent smiter/zeal hybrid? Anyone know if smite/zeal hybrid is viable? zeal for trash smite for bosses. |

Smite is mostly used to deliver CB, therefor you don't even need to go beyond one point in it. Smite damage doesn't benefit from deadly strike, and is a fairly slow attack. The physical damage dealt from it will be pretty pathetic, even with smite maxed and all its synergies. Also, keeping your smite damage low is great as you can smite right through IM, and continue to deliver CB. Every paladin has the option to switch into CB/tank gear and smite if he so chooses. |
