I was contemplating making a "slower" character, and I wanted to get some input. HF paladin with eternity + dream = 53% slow enemy + 35% hf slow Frenzy barb with 1 doom 1 eternity, dream = 33% hf slow + 53% slow enemy frostbite druid with 1 doom + arachnid mesh, +dream + medusa's gaze = 33% hf slow, 55% slow enemy Thoughts? edit: oh. i wouldn't mind including decrep in these builds but so far I have seen no good ways to do this without gimping equipment |
