unless i mean it slows weakens and does amp by 33% amp does phys dmg by 25% or 45% maxed only 8% more |

If Decrep is still showing 33% then it's a display bug (it's been posted, but no fix was reported). The actual values are 20% for slow, weaken, and -%dr. |

does it increase % per hard point or is it cap at 20% |
