Attempting to solo Andy is like getting teeth pulled w/o pain killers, not a good idea. Try and link up with people or this mod will eat you alive. |

Get an armor and hat with 3 flawed diamonds in it (just buy chipped from Charsi and cube them, Charsi or Gheed can sell 3os armors and hats). Get a couple Cathan rings if you're melee (Nagles or Cathans if you're not). Death's gloves (can gamble these fairly easily around level 13) and sash is a nice combo to handle pois damage, but SnakeCord unique light belt is really nice too (also +20 Replenish life). The rest of the gear is up to you. The items mentioned should give you 50-75% pois reduction and resistance, along with about 30dr and 20 mdr. Andy only does about 30 damage, so even if you're decrepified she won't hurt you much (your lowered phys resistance is only important if you're taking damage). I just soloed Andy with a glass cannon bowzon (about 300 life) with nothing more than 2 cathan rings (so 12DR and 12%LLeech total for the char), decent damage (about 150), and 75%pois res (no length reduced). Just don't forget to load up on potions. Normal is solable if you use diamonds and decent gear. After norm, I agree with kwikster that you really should be with a party. |
