gonna have a few pallys up for chance at going at los nec in HC. Just-Ice brought up a ci build smiter. haven't looked into best ci gear in a bit. Any suggestions for ci setup so I can start crafting what i need etc  or any other suggestions to make a pally capable of taking a few hits from nec for that matter.

I'm building one on SC: redemption craft wep (any mace/scepter that gets CB) - 25% CI holy armor - up to 20% CI dscale with 2 bers - 12% CI switch: oblivion wand - ctc lvl 6 fade which is 48%CI. the fade lasts like 4 minutes or so, which is enough time, and it also has a 10% ctc on striking, which with smite is only a few seconds before it goes off. I have one skill point in redemption on mine for when i switch to recast fade, im still CI without the redemp craft weapon on. this gets you 100% CI. The rest is all life. My pally has almost 6k base life and is only lvl 92. The other is just a normal tank pally for him that can take a couple hits: war and then all blood crafts basically (weapon, rings, gloves, diadem, ammy). Put as much as you can into vit (your war shouldnt require anything higher than archon plate, and your highest str gear should be dscale at 148 str). Mine uses all 20 life scs (well, as many of those and then the rest 19s/18s). With a great oak and BO and really good crafts/gear, he can hit 40k life. |

keep smite damage low and you don't need to worry about IM, you can get alot more life tht way too. I recon my plly can take him with oak |
