I plan on creating a psn necro but this seems to be where I'm pretty stumped. I know to max all the psn skills and 1 into the proper curses, but when it comes to a summon what should I choose?

I usually for the most part play alone or tag along in pubs.

Iron golem will be your favorite friend.
Clay golem against big targets to take advantage of his "slows monsters on strike" which has about a 1 minute duration.

I'd max blades over iron golem
With their low casting delay they are perfect against bosses. Also, 4 more minions is good for crowd control. Your golems wont kill stuff, you only need a wall to psn nova mobs without being disturbed.

Cast blades to occupy boss, run and psn stike+Lr, run away. Repeat.

This will take down most bosses and although it looks easy, it's quite fun and sometime challenging to dodge and micro blades during a mid-long fight. More fun than holding mouse with a melee + life leech for sure, or casting Amp + Iron and waiting. My Nec last ladder had 1pt in golems 20 mastery 20 blades and they could tank Hell A5 with proper +skills and Bos.
