Does + %fire damage increase dragon tail damage? If so would + %fire damage in my offhand claw work? |

Yes it would, but it's worth noting that raising your str (typically with gems, or fals in your claws) will have a much more dramatic impact since the fire damage you do is based on your physical damage. |
