Yes, many base speeds were changed.
I also edited the durability or quantity to be determined by the base speed. For example, if a weapon has a speed of -30, then it's durability or quantity would be 130, if the speed were 20, then the quantity or durability would be 80. You can find more examples and other stats in WhiteWeapons.html from the
webpages package.
For sets, uniques, and runewords where I could determine the base item type, I made it so that increased IAS also increased durability, so if you found some unique item with +28%IAS and a durability of 118, then it's base durability was 90 (so base speed 10), and after the IAS it's speed is -18. For gems, jewels, and magic affixes, their IAS doesn't have that feature. The webpages for all those things will mention the durability bonus if it was given, but you're probably best off just looking at the base item in the white item pages, and then adding on the IAS yourself.
