From what i can see and understand is 75 is max resist you can have. Beside your resists on the character screen on the right can go even higher. I am to assume this is the extra resists you have passed your max. Now my question is why do i keep having 73, 74, 72 resist when I have over 100 on the right? For example right now i have 73 lightning resist but beside that on the right it says 134. |

if your in nightmare or hell you get a resistance penalty. if you have a curse with lowering resist on ya or a conviction that lowers your res you will have it say 134 - xx value and reach that amount . stacking res isnt a bad idea since most bosses or sub bosses can have curses or auras. |

So if I have 140 resist of lightning and then I go to nightmare I then still have 140 lightning resist but it changes my max from 75 to 71 norm to nightmare. Thats due to a penalty? even though i'm way over my max I can have? Just found it odd but thanks. |
