Becuse in standard d2lod the barb get increased chance to hit by high dext. In Hu need high str and life? |

the most go here on strg barbs , because of dmg and AC? should be the same like lod and yes u need alot of AR to hit something in hell , like mephi hell etc but im actually not a phys dmg barb player , i play here Warcry barb. maybe other players can say more about that greets |

hiya krissz . you mainly need to balance your stats. dexterity isnt a problem with the gear available. full vita or full str both works. it all depends on playstyle. i'd recommend you goin with 120-180 base strength (gear will take it to your armors) and rest into Vitality . Vitality is the key to a barbarian would most say. but you could easily invest some into dex if you wanted. just dont do it . its not worth it compared to all the gear options theres around at the moment. but as turin says , Attack rating is an important thing for the Melee. if you find charms with life and attack rating . try to keep them. dexterity charms if you need to get block if your using a shield. what kind of barbarian are you playing ? 86 % faster hit recovery is something to look for. Damage is king. but protect ya neck . Cheers. have a nice weekend. in terms of the End game . you will find enough gear to get 90-95% chance to hit if you want. its not a problem but really important. LifeLeech is available and you have to be aware of the difficulty your in. you can get lifetap charges on some items. use the curse options you have on switch or tag along a necromancer. TlDR : Get. 35k - 50k att rat 60% DR and all the absorb you can get your hands on. defense shouldnt be low but theres so many defensive options. just play and have fun ^_^ |
