Is it enough to break most trash's immunities?

Deciding whether to use an A2 merc or a A3 merc with my caster sorc. Both can use insight. So deciding which is better for Trash + Bosses overall.

holy auras will break basic immunes up till the end of act 3 hell. Enemys with "fire enchanted" "light enchanted" "magic resistant" etc. will not be broken if they are immune for the most part but the odd one will.

I'd suppose that the elemental immune bosses also aren't broken by holy auras? Since they are sort of elemental enchanted too?

bosses like ardual etc wont be broken. However chimera etc could be broken if they are only just over the 100 res mark. Holy auras will break immunes up to 103 res anything with 104 res will remain immune

Anybody got a file with each boss's immunities? So i can counter check as to which can broken and which can't? If i break immunities with holy auras, by clear needs to have ALOT of -% resists right?

What do most late game sorcs use. The conviction runeword + insight merc? or infinity merc + unique dimensional shard?

depends on the situation, i pretty much always use infinity on the merc (with a dream helm if its a light sorc) and fathom. If i need mana more and have someone with lr/convic i`ll use insight on the merc. I pretty much never use TFK.
