I've done some testing on the German site and it appears that only IAS on main claw and off weapon matters when using dual claws. The addition of the second claw will increase speed by a set number regardless of the weapon IAS or base speed. I found this so weird that I just want to confirm if this states true.

EDIT: I did some testing in single player and it appears to be true cause when I get a faster claw on main hand I seem to attack faster, but what about that 5 frames cap shown on the site? The druid site goes all the way to 1 frame.

After some testing I found that the skills: fists of fire, claws of thunder and blades of ice no longer use the dual claw animation that the Dragon Claw still apparently uses when you're wearing dual claws. I've seen it uses only the main hand claw to charge those up so it isn't normal attack animation. I don't remember how Phoenix Strike animation was so I can't really say if it counts as Phoenix Strike animation or as if you were using a single claw (with the elemental attacks animation).

I need clarification on which animation those attacks use now and I'd also like to know how is the frame cap here in HU since druids can hit 2 frames attack.

Dragon claw is the ONLY assassin attack that uses both claws, besides normal attack. Tiger, Cobra, FoF, so on are all single claw attacks. They will use your "main" claw. Max speed for these attacks is 7fpa.

Why did they turn them into single claw attacks? The elemental attacks still show two sets of damage as if you were attacking with both, which can be quite misleading, I guess we can never escape the LSC...

The top damage is your claw/physical damage. The bottom damage is the elemental damage given from the skill you are using.

No, it's actually the second claw damage, if you remove the second claw it disappears and if you switch to normal attack etc it's the same damage.
