My suggestion (4 a larger group):

Poison nec.
Poizon or Bowzon
Maul druid with oak
Frostbiter with how
Conc/Berserk barb
Healer or Holy fire pala
Chantress

Not the best rusher party, but this group offers many different strategies to try if you have some difficulty with something

I done a run through norm and Nm with just a vengance/smite pally and a summy druid with an amp wand on switch. Picked up a summy nec in hell and proceeded to beat hell baal on hc with the same 3 man team. Not much can slow those 3 down.

Ideally we could have used a high DPS sorc or something similar incase we encountered any PI bosses but there was no1 else around there on HC at the time so we made do.

As abominae says, Barb, Druid, Pally, Nec is an unstoppable team
